Take Away the Snapshot With Fujifilm FinePix S5800

Before starting this review i would like to share a small story of my 5 days w/o inet in pune

Day1:Holdon
Day2:irritation
Day3:frustration
Day4:Frustration++(programmers will get this term)
Day5:out of order

Snap Factor

The S5800 has a 2.5 inch CCD and a five-way navigation pad with shortcut keys for the gallery, display features, exposure adjustment, and photo mode. On the side of the viewfinder, above the display, is a monitor selector key that switches between the main display for viewing and the viewfinder

The S5800 requires four AA batteries for power and uses XD/SD/MMC cards for memory. It comes with about 28MB of internal memory though. On one side of the camera are the ports for AV-out and USB connectivity. The power switch is located on the top, just behind the shutter release and zoom knob.

Performance

Well the S5800 performs quite well for a superzoom and with 10x zoom,its really rocking for new users.BUt the factor which irritates is the noise factor at night.Also i feel the low light images have lil bad feel.

mobiles are coming up with 8 megapixels, guess cameras might lose their time...

well true man..but the comfort level with phones are not so much..even if mobiles are 8+ MP,though they will be gud,but the comfort while snapshot will be gud in case of camera itself..!!
