Facebook Rolls Out New Privacy Settings - Making Control Simple

Today while browsing facebook randomly,i came across the new feature of Facebook with an upgrade of inline privacy control and asked me if I want to have its tour. The message said:
I quickly read through the details and found it quite interesting. Followed with some features, i too updated few status ( but deleted them as they were crazy test status's)

In the first step Facebook asked me to tell them who i’m with and it allows to add my location in it too if i wan’t you to know the place I am at.

Upon selecting the further option to take the tour, the beautiful tour of the new feature begins clearly explaining the overall feature of the new upgrade.

Use this to manage who can see and comment on posts you share, including ones with location, if you add it. When you change this setting, it will stay how you set it for future posts until you change it again. Posts (including check-ins) from old mobile Facebook apps will use your new default privacy setting.

Also, Notice that Facebook has changed the label for “Everyone” to “Public,” but your posts will still reach the same people.

Google Buys Motorola Mobility

Since its launch in November 2007, Android has not only dramatically increased consumer choice but also improved the entire mobile experience for users. Today, more than 150 million Android devices have been activated worldwide—with over 550,000 devices now lit up every day—through a network of about 39 manufacturers and 231 carriers in 123 countries.

Google has recently announced that the company has purchased mobile phone and tablet maker Motorola Mobility for about USD 12.5 billion. This deal means that Google will work closely with Motorola - a hardware manufacturer - on developing Android.

The next release for Android, code-named Ice Cream Sandwich, will be an operating system designed for tablets and mobile devices.

Google said the acquisition will "supercharge the Android ecosystem and enhance competition in mobile computing," according to a news release. Google said the deal will not affect how Android is developed, and the operating system will remain open, Google said. This was a sigh of relief that it still remains open source.

Motorola Mobility is composed of two groups: Mobile Devices, which makes phones, and Home, which makes set-top boxes and other IPTV equipment.

Simultaneously, the T1i and XS were replaced with the new 12-megapixel T3, which will take up the low-end spot in the lineup, now consisting of the Rebel T3, T2i, and T3i.

The Rebel line of DSLR cameras has long been known as a value in photography, focusing on the advanced amateur, student, and all those looking to go beyond what their point-and-shoot lets them do, to stretch and test the limits of their creativity; all while not breaking the bank. With the new 18-55mm lens attached, the T3i is much lighter. On the front we find the usual fare: an aggressively canted shutter button, an IR remote port on the front, and a self-timer lamp all in close proximity. With an 18MP CMOS (APS-C) sensor and Canon's DIGIC 4 Image Processor the T3i captures beautiful, high resloution JPEG, RAW, and RAW+JPEG images to your choice of SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards.
