Block USB Drives Before Infecting PC

Hello,i know you people must be surprised to see this post as this post ideally should have been related to registry part 2..well i know,but i though i would share this post first than the promised one..!! (Donot Worry,i would post the promised post,in this week itself)

can you guess whats this???

[autorun]
open=FolderLock.exe
label=Locked Data
icon=FolderLock.ico

A simple Q to ask,how many of us really care whats there on friends Pen drive before opening the contents he/she gave us?

Most of the people really feel dizzy for the right click-->Scan option when USB is inputed in USB port.

well this really can be dangerous for the user system. More annoying is when user doesn't have anti virus and autorun.ini gets executed and then...!!!

Panda USB Vaccine, a free security solution designed to block malware which spreads through removable drives such as pen drives, CD/DVDs, MP3 players, etc.

When applied on a USB drive, the vaccine permanently blocks an innocuous autorun.inf file, preventing it from being read, created, deleted or modified. Once applied it effectively disables Windows from automatically executing any malicious file that might be stored in that particular USB drive.

Two of its main features include:

1.Computer Vaccination
2.Usb Vaccination

The drive can otherwise be used normally and files (even malware) copied to/from it, but they will be prevented from opening automatically. Panda USB Vaccine currently only works on FAT & FAT32 USB drives. Also keep in mind that USB drives that have been vaccinated cannot be reversed.
